Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in fabric dyeing processes. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively to maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate dyeing machines to achieve required colors.
• Mix dyes and chemicals according to standard recipes.
• Test and evaluate colors to ensure they meet specified standards.
• Comply with environmental regulations concerning dye disposal.
• Work closely with quality control to ensure product standards.
• Document all processes and outcomes for quality assurance.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the dyeing area.
• Participate in safety audits and training sessions.
• Support other production activities as required.

Requirements

Education

• Qualification in Textile Dyeing, Chemistry, or a related field

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in textile dyeing or related processes
