We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance our fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team, build sustainable relationships with donors, and ensure compliance with fundraising regulations.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and lead the organization's fundraising strategies and initiatives.

• Identify and assess potential sources of funding for programs.
• Ensure that fundraising materials align with organizational branding and messaging.
• Organize training sessions for staff on effective fundraising tactics.
• Participate in networking events and represent the organization.
• Monitor budgets to ensure efficient allocation of fundraising resources.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial reports.
• Create reports and presentations on fundraising outcomes for the board.
• Foster a culture of accountability within the fundraising team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in fundraising, marketing, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in non-profit fundraising
