Job Description
The Swing Grinder will operate various types of swing grinding machines to produce precision components as per the specified requirements. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring operations, and ensuring quality checks are adhered to.
Responsibilities
Run various swing grinding machines efficiently.
Adjust machine settings to meet specific production requirements.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections on machines.
Collaborate with the production team to meet output targets.
Document production and quality metrics accurately.
Help foster a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols.
Assist in the onboarding of junior operators.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Certificate in CNC Machining (preferable)
Experience
Experience with CNC machining centres is an advantage
