Job Description

As a Community Director, you will oversee the implementation of community-focused initiatives, working closely with diverse groups to promote cooperative relationships and positive outcomes. You’ll develop and evaluate programs that respond to community needs and establish a network of partnerships essential for program success. Your leadership will empower not only community members but also the outreach team, creating a ripple effect of positive change.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences or related field
• Relevant certifications in community development preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience in community development with at least 2 years in a leadership role
