Cooling and Freezing Equipment Operator

Job Description

The Freezer Operator will be responsible for operating refrigeration systems and maintaining temperature controls essential for the storage and transport of perishable goods. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage the loading and unloading process of refrigeration units effectively.
• Document and report any anomalies in temperature or maintenance needs.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response planning.
• Work closely with team members to coordinate workload and inventory.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working in a cold storage or logistics environment preferred

Certifications

• Forklift License (preferred)

Languages
