Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Frothing Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our frothing machines, ensuring that they produce high-quality foam and milk for our coffee and tea products. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machine settings are optimal for production requirements.
• Collaborate closely with baristas to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement quick solutions.
• Conduct regular quality checks on foam and milk output.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Experience in food and beverage industry preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in coffee or tea industries

Technical Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills
