Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Casework Services Director to spearhead our casework department. This pivotal role will entail not only managing casework programs but also ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients, honing a team of professionals, and fostering partnerships that enhance service integration and community impact.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a budget for the casework services department.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of casework staff.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to drive department performance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for community outreach and engagement.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform service delivery strategies.
  • Establish partnerships with local organisations to enhance resource sharing.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Advocate for policy changes that benefit service users.
  • Ensure the department meets all legal and ethical standards of practice.
  • Facilitate team meetings to encourage collaboration and share best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in community service management
