Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to spearhead our fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reach fundraising goals while building lasting relationships with donors and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Develop donor communication strategies, including newsletters and updates.
  • Assist in the creation of fundraising materials and proposals.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform fundraising strategies.
  • Engage with the community and represent the organization at events.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards in fundraising.
  • Work closely with grants management to secure funding.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Non-Profit Management
  • Master's degree is a plus
