Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child, Family, and School Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children and families, providing support, guidance, and resources to help them overcome challenges and thrive in their daily lives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with families and children, facilitating access to community services.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to gather relevant information.
• Design and implement educational workshops for families and children.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
• Collaborate with school staff to address children's needs effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Create reports detailing program performance and family progress.
• Develop partnerships with local agencies to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with vulnerable populations

Languages
