Child, Family, and School Social Worker

Job Description

In the role of Delinquency Prevention Social Worker, you will assess the needs of at-risk youths and their families, implement preventive measures, and provide advocacy and support. Your expertise will help create a significant positive impact within the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to at-risk youth and their families.
• Maintain and update case files and other records accurately.
• Work with schools to support at-risk students and their educational needs.
• Organize community events to raise awareness about youth delinquency issues.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Facilitate communication between youth, families, and relevant authorities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
• Master's degree in Social Work preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social work, particularly focusing on youth services.
