As a Media Programming Director, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of impactful programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring effective service delivery while adhering to organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new programs that meet the evolving needs of the community.
• Assess potential risks and implement mitigation strategies related to program delivery.
• Utilise data analysis to make informed decisions regarding program adjustments.
• Create and foster partnerships with community organisations and service providers.
• Prepare and manage detailed reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree in related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in non-profit or community services
