Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Mental Health Social Worker to join our Alice Springs team. In this role, you will provide vital support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. You will assess client needs, develop tailored care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote recovery and wellbeing.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical times.
• Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in practice.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Social Work or Psychology

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in mental health social work

Languages
