Job Description

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Pouncing Lathe Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. As a vital member of our production line, you will be instrumental in operating and maintaining pouncing lathes, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality machined components.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and calibrate pouncing lathe machines based on production needs.
  • Conduct routine inspections and adjust equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety standards.
  • Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to management.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Wood Machining or similar qualification
  • Additional certifications in woodworking are advantageous.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in operating woodworking machinery or pouncing lathes.
