Job Description

An egg candler is responsible for inspecting and grading eggs based on quality standards. The role demands precision and efficiency, ensuring that only the best products reach our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform candling of eggs to determine quality and grading.
• Ensure proper sorting and packaging of eggs according to standards.
• Keep accurate records of production data and inventories.
• Participate in training programs as required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Implement best practices for quality control.
• Support the Egg Production Manager in daily operations.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in agriculture or food production is advantageous

Experience

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of food safety standards: Understanding of compliance and food safety regulations is a plus.
