Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and retention strategies for participants.
  • Ensure high-quality data collection and management.
  • Conduct training for new staff and volunteers.
  • Collaborate with investigators to develop study protocols.
  • Assist in the analysis of trial data.
  • Support the preparation of Scientific Publications and presentations.
  • Monitor compliance with clinical trial guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants.
  • Ensure timely reporting of trial milestones.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical research regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in clinical research or healthcare coordination

Certifications
  • CITI Program Certification
