Job Description

We are looking for experienced Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up and operating multiple spindle screw machines, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate lathe and turning machines to manufacture precision components.
• Monitor production processes for quality and efficiency.
• Conduct machine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for production.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed in all operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade (Machining) or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Multiple Spindle Screw Machine Operator or similar role.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• CNC Programming Experience: Preferably with a strong understanding of G-code.
