The right candidate will bring at least 2 years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in hand-caning techniques and a knack for intricate patterns.

Responsibilities

• Utilise hand-caning techniques to restore furniture to its former glory.
• Evaluate the condition of chairs and determine necessary restorations.
• Ensure all work meets our high-quality standards.
• Support the design team in creating new caning styles.
• Document all repairs for quality tracking.
• Engage with customers for bespoke restoration projects.
• Assist in maintaining workshop equipment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends in chair caning and restoration.
