Job Description

As a Product Consultant, you will leverage your extensive product knowledge and expertise to ensure successful implementation and adoption of our technology solutions among clients. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their unique goals and provide tailored product solutions, all while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for clients.
• Participate in client meetings to gather feedback on product effectiveness.
• Work with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities.
• Assist with market research to identify trends and competitor products.
• Continuously improve processes for client onboarding and support.
• Provide insights for future product development based on client usage data.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.
• Develop strategies for increasing product adoption among clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the technology industry
