• Provide detailed reports on recruitment campaigns and athlete progress.

• Keep abreast of changes in sports regulations that affect recruitment practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Psychology, or a related field

Experience

• Prior coaching experience is a plus
