As a Construction Manager at Construction Solutions Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in managing construction projects from start to finish. You will be tasked with liaising with stakeholders, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients to discuss project goals and requirements.
• Implement and oversee safety protocols on site to meet compliance standards.
• Evaluate project risks and establish mitigation strategies.
• Conduct performance reviews of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure that all project specifications are followed accurately.
• Mentor and support junior staff in project management practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management with multi-disciplinary projects

Technical Skills

• Scheduling Software
• Building Codes Knowledge

• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
