Responsibilities

• Support the Structural Steel Worker in identifying project needs and requirements.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of tools to ensure safety.
• Work collaboratively with team members to accomplish tasks effectively.
• Take part in team meetings to discuss daily tasks and safety protocols.
• Assist in the layout and installation of steel frameworks according to blueprints and drawings.
• Follow the direction of supervisors during assembly and installation processes.
• Ensure compliance with construction site safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in welding or metal fabrication is preferred

Experience

• Experience with steel fabrication, welding, or in construction is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Physical stamina and strength
• Hand-eye coordination

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols.: Understanding of safety best practices on job sites.
• Previous experience in a construction role or similar.: Prior experience in similar settings is preferred.
