Responsibilities

• Conduct dental assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform various dental procedures including root canals, crowns, and bridges.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Supervise dental hygienists and assistants in daily operations.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Participate in quality assurance audits and performance evaluations.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through high-quality care and follow-up.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
• Specialization in Orthodontics or Oral Surgery is advantageous

Experience

• At least 3 years of clinical experience, with a focus on surgery

Technical Skills

• Expert in oral surgery techniques
• Knowledge of dental radiography

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Membership with the Australian Dental Association
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
