We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients in our facility. Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assessments of patients to establish care requirements.
• Develop and assess individual care plans, adapting to changing needs.
• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration.
• Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialist nurses for comprehensive care.
• Offer support and health advice to patients and their families.
• Document nursing interventions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Actively participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Be a key resource for patient education and community health events.

Requirements

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• Current AHPRA registration

Experience

• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
