Job Description

Join our team as a Fishing and Hunting Worker where you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining cutting machinery to fabricate billets according to specifications. This role is critical to ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize CAD software to read and interpret technical drawings for billet specifications.
  • Ensure that production quotas are met within scheduled timelines.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Supervise entry-level staff and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Coordinate with logistics for the timely delivery of finished products.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to promote workplace safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate IV in Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Three or more years of hands-on experience in metal fabrication or steel processing.
