Job Description

The Industrial Machinery Mechanic will play a key role in maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment across various sectors. This position requires a strong technical aptitude and keen eye for detail, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Execute planned maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose machinery failures and perform repairs efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work conducted.
• Provide technical support to production staff.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Assist in machinery upgrades and improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct training for staff on machine operations.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Trade qualification in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a relevant role.
