Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Gold Coast team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for infrastructure development and a proven track record in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and assess project progress.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present engineering proposals and reports.
• Manage project costs and timelines effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Geotechnical Engineering Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Australian Standards: An understanding of the Australian engineering standards applicable to civil works.
