We're searching for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply chain operations in Adelaide. This role involves strategizing and implementing effective supply chain management policies that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement cost-saving measures throughout the supply chain.
• Evaluate and select appropriate suppliers for various products.
• Enhance the use of technology in supply chain processes.
• Lead training initiatives to improve team capabilities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align supply chain activities.
• Report on supply chain performance and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience managing supply chain operations

Technical Skills

• Logistics Coordination

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Teamwork

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
