Job Description

As a Pest Control Service Professional, you'll identify, control, and prevent pest issues in both residential and commercial environments. Your knowledge of chemical treatments and pest behaviour will help ensure a pest-free space for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest issues across various environments.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments, and client interactions.
• Provide tailored solutions based on specific pest behaviour and treatments.
• Communicate treatment options and recommendations clearly to clients.
• Stay well-informed about new pest control techniques and products.
• Ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a cohesive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Cert III or higher in Pest Management
• Current Driver's Licence

Experience

• 2+ years' experience in pest management or related field

Technical Skills

• Pest Control Software
• Health and Safety Compliance

Certifications

• Pest Management Technician License
• First Aid Certification (desirable)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with bird control methods: Hands-on experience in bird-proofing and controlling pest bird populations.
• Familiarity with thermal imaging equipment: Experience using thermal imaging tools to identify pest issues.
