Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our dynamic assembly team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be pivotal in operating and maintaining assembly machines, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for performing routine setups, monitoring machine performance, and conducting inspections to guarantee product quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assembly processes and react swiftly to any issues or inefficiencies.
• Perform quality inspections and document findings for management.
• Assist in the installation of new machinery or upgrades as required.
• Encourage a culture of safety and quality within the manufacturing team.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• CNC Operation

• Forklift License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience operating CNC machines: Proficient in operating CNC machinery for complex applications.
