The Production Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the production process in a manufacturing facility. This role includes managing personnel, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Lead daily production meetings to discuss goals and performance metrics.
Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to within the production environment.
Create and maintain quality control procedures to enhance product quality.

Manage workforce scheduling to meet production demands effectively.
Investigate and resolve any production-related issues or delays.

Communicate effectively with upper management regarding production needs.
Identify training needs and arrange for appropriate training sessions.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
