Job Description

As a Medical and Health Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our hospital, ensuring compliance with regulations and the provision of high-quality patient care. You will lead a passionate team, manage budgets and resources, and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure the hospital meets health service delivery standards.
  • Develop and manage effective communication strategies with staff and patients.
  • Facilitate the training and professional development of hospital staff.
  • Lead compliance audits to ensure adherence to health regulations.
  • Conduct financial analysis to maintain budgetary control.
  • Collaborate with external healthcare organizations for quality assurance.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration within the hospital team.
  • Analyze market trends to adapt services effectively.
  • Represent the hospital in meetings with regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
Experience
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare management, including hospital experiences.
