We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Ballina. You will be instrumental in assessing and coordinating treatment plans to enhance the recovery of patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic care to patients across different units.
• Perform routine physical exams and diagnostic tests.
• Respond to medication errors and adverse patient reactions.
• Educate patients on post-treatment and self-care.
• Manage patient discharge planning and follow-up care.
• Conduct health screenings and immunizations.
• Participate in community outreach and health education programs.
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Encourage recovery through the development of care plans.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate qualifications in Nursing is an advantage

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a healthcare setting

Technical Skills

• Critical Thinking
• IV Therapy

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
