Job Description

We are looking for reliable Highway Maintenance Workers to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities

• Identify and rectify safety hazards on highway infrastructure.
• Ensure all equipment is operational and well-maintained before use.
• Collaborate with local authorities on maintenance schedules and traffic management.
• Support the installation and repair of traffic control devices.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and road conditions for management.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss projects and share insights.
• Assist in the evaluation of materials and supplies needed for upcoming projects.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate III in Civil Construction or similar is preferred

Experience

• Experience with road maintenance tools and equipment is essential.

• Asphalt and concrete repair techniques

Certifications

• Traffic Management Certification
• Heavy Vehicle License (if applicable)
