Job Description

As a Watch Repair Clerk, you will be at the forefront of our customer service, responsible for repairing, cleaning, and maintaining various watch types. With a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure high-quality workmanship while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose watch issues quickly and efficiently.
• Perform watch repairs and maintenance tasks including battery replacements and band adjustments.
• Complete necessary paperwork and record keeping efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work collaboratively with the repair team to enhance service quality.
• Continuously improve skills and knowledge in watch technology and repair.
• Engage in training programs offered by the company.
• Support management with various operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Watchmaking or similar qualification.
• First Aid Certificate is a plus.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in watch repair.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Watch Brands
• Cleaning and Polishing Techniques

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Customer Service Orientation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Electronic and Quartz Movements: Experience dealing with servicing electronic and quartz timepieces.
• Bilingual Skills: Ability to speak a second language is advantageous.
