• Educate families on home care techniques and preventative measures.
• Document treatment interventions, patient progress, and outcomes reliably.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, such as physicians and occupational therapists.
• Adapt therapeutic exercises to suit patient capabilities and needs.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the rehabilitation department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

Experience

• At least 2 years' experience in a healthcare setting.
