Job Description

As a Dinkey Dispatcher, you will manage the logistics of our operations, ensuring that equipment and personnel are dispatched efficiently to various job sites. Your role is pivotal in coordinating between departments, maintaining schedules, and providing updates to supervisors and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee dispatch operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Coordinate with field teams to manage job timelines.
  • Utilize dispatch software for tracking assignments.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports on equipment usage.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding dispatch matters.
  • Implement best practices for logistics and compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits of dispatch processes.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements.
  • Resolve disputes or issues regarding equipment and personnel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Logistics or related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a dispatch role, preferably in the logistics or infrastructure industry.
