Job Description

The Service Delivery Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of our service delivery operations. Ensuring quality standards are met, this role focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction and implementing effective service delivery strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate service delivery personnel to achieve departmental goals.
  • Create and execute service delivery improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all organisational policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on service delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Develop strategies to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years in a supervisory role in service delivery
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Tools (e.g., Asana)
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Vendor management experience: Experience managing vendor contracts and relations.
  • Experience in remote team management: Ability to lead and manage distributed teams effectively.
