Job Description
Join our dedicated team as a Bull Ladle Tender. This integral position focuses on the operation of bull ladles, ensuring the quality control of molten steel while adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Execute operational controls for bull ladles, ensuring high-quality steel casting.
Coordinate with team members to enhance production efficiency.
Conduct safety inspections and ensure all regulations are followed.
Engage in proactive maintenance to avoid downtime.
Measure and adjust temperature levels to meet production specifications.
Develop and maintain records of operational activities.
Provide input for improving safety measures and operational efficiency.
Ensure the workplace is clean and organized.
Support team objectives and share production goals.
Facilitate communication across departments for production alignment.
Requirements
Education
Certificate III in Engineering or equivalent
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
