Join our dedicated team as a Bull Ladle Tender. This integral position focuses on the operation of bull ladles, ensuring the quality control of molten steel while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational controls for bull ladles, ensuring high-quality steel casting.
• Coordinate with team members to enhance production efficiency.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure all regulations are followed.
• Engage in proactive maintenance to avoid downtime.
• Measure and adjust temperature levels to meet production specifications.
• Develop and maintain records of operational activities.
• Provide input for improving safety measures and operational efficiency.
• Ensure the workplace is clean and organized.
• Support team objectives and share production goals.
• Facilitate communication across departments for production alignment.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
