Join our Perth office as a Legal Counsel where you will be at the forefront of legal operations. You will ensure that our organisation adheres to legal standards and regulations, providing risk assessments and safeguarding our legal interests in all company affairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Advise on compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Represent the company in legal disputes and negotiations.
• Research and resolve complex legal issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies.
• Prepare legal documents and ensure adherence to policies.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on legal compliance.
• Monitor changes in legislation impacting business operations.
• Collaborate with external legal advisors when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)
• Admission to legal practice in Australia

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a corporate legal environment
