The Toe Puncher is an essential role within our production team, responsible for creating ventilation holes in shoe toes to enhance comfort and durability. This position requires precision and steady hands to ensure that all holes are punched accurately according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Follow production schedules to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery effectively while ensuring safety.
• Record daily production metrics and report them to management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in the footwear manufacturing industry preferred

Technical Skills

Languages
