Receiver Dispatcher

Job Description

As a Receiver Dispatcher at Logistics Solutions Pty Ltd, you'll play a crucial role in managing incoming and outgoing shipments. This position requires a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the inspection of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams for optimal scheduling.
• Accurately document inventory levels and locations.
• Generate and verify shipping documents and labelling.
• Track and follow up on shipment statuses, communicating updates.
• Proactively resolve shipping discrepancies or issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
• Conduct inventory checks to maintain accurate records.
• Work with the team to identify areas for improvement in operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional qualifications in logistics or management preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles.

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Software
• Transportation Management Systems (TMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
