Responsibilities

• Ensure quick turnaround in insulation tasks while maintaining quality and safety.
• Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions.
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to maximise productivity.
• Report any defects or quality issues in real-time.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Further training in mechanical or electrical systems is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
• Mechanical aptitude
