We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Geelong. In this role, you will assist educators in creating a productive and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with educators to implement lesson plans effectively.
  • Monitor student progress and report back to teachers.
  • Prepare teaching resources and materials used in lessons.
  • Maintain a clean and organised classroom.
  • Encourage and motivate students to stay engaged in their learning.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education is a plus
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in an education support role preferred
