Responsibilities

• Configure bending machines for different production projects, ensuring compliance with product specifications.
• Perform comprehensive inspections of raw materials and final products.
• Adjust equipment settings to optimize production rates while maintaining high quality.
• Engage with engineers and supervisors to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Keep the workspace organized, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with technological advancements in bending machinery.
• Effectively communicate with team members to address production delays and quality issues.
• Utilize bending machine operation software, if applicable, to track production metrics.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and procedures are followed rigorously.
• Collaborate on projects to explore innovative bending techniques and materials.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in metal fabrication or machining is desirable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal fabrication or bending machine operation.

Technical Skills

• CNC bending machine operation
• Quality control

Soft Skills

• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent
