Job Description

As a Grain Elevator Man, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the loading and unloading of grain, ensuring a clean and safe working environment, and maintaining all equipment in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Manage the loading and unloading stages to ensure quality control.
• Conduct safety inspections on all operational equipment.
• Record and report any discrepancies in grain inventory.
• Assist with the coordination of grain trader communications.
• Implement best practices for handling grain safely and effectively.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Handle any equipment malfunctions promptly to reduce downtime.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience with inventory management software is advantageous.

Languages
