Responsibilities

• Drive and operate tractors and other agricultural machinery.
• Assist in land preparation, including tilling and leveling fields.
• Maintain equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
• Work with agronomists to align planting schedules with soil conditions.
• Record planting and harvesting data accurately.
• Participate in maintaining farm infrastructure.
• Comply with environmental regulations and standards.
• Ensure supplies are adequately stocked for operations.
• Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Agriculture or related field

Experience
