Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Cargo Handling Supervisor to oversee and manage cargo operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supervising a team of cargo specialists, and coordinating with different departments to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead cargo loading and unloading activities.
• Monitor cargo movements and ensure secure handling.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage the performance of cargo handlers and report outcomes.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with other teams for efficient cargo dispatch.
• Track cargo inventory via management systems.
• Coordinate with customs for international shipments.
• Develop training programs for new employees.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Air Cargo Management

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
