Job Description
The Weigher, Measurer, Checker, and Sampler is responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipping. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular checks on product specifications.
- Ensure that packing processes are efficient and timely.
- Document discrepancies in product quality.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to implement control measures.
- Report packaging issues to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Technical Skills
- Experience with inventory management systems
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
Certifications
- Forklift license (preferred)
Advantageous
- Knowledge of quality control processes: Understanding of quality assurance principles will be beneficial.
