Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Logging Equipment Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate various log handling machines, ensuring efficient and safe processing of timber while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control equipment used in the movement and processing of logs.
• Ensure logs are processed in accordance with quality standards.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment use and safety procedures.
• Report machinery issues to the maintenance department promptly.
• Undertake any other duties as directed by management.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in machinery operation are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or processing environment
