Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate programs and activities for children.
• Provide a supportive environment that encourages children’s emotional and cognitive development.
• Observe and document children's progress and development.
• Communicate effectively with families, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing professional development sessions.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a childcare environment

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Early Childhood Education Frameworks
• Behaviour Management

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Working with Children Check

Languages

• English: Fluent
